Let’s get real for a moment, how may of us have totally plunged at our new years fitness resolutions already????
I have to confess that the slack behavior that I have succumb to is unreal lol.
So I thought what to do to jump back into my fitness goals? How to continue to be motivated?
One way is to use of my FitBit Blaze as a jumpstart. The FitBit app is super easy to use. You can add food, workouts, and much more. You can also add your friends to challenge each other with weekly goals and to cheer each other on when you know you’ve been slacking.
